Lead the design and deployment of advanced LLM‑driven AI solutions that enable employees to interact with business systems via natural language, driving automation and continuous learning across enterprise workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale production‑grade machine learning pipelines for LLM inference and fine‑tuning on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into end‑to‑end AI solutions that integrate with internal and external APIs.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and A/B testing frameworks to ensure model performance, reliability, and ethical compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement of NLP models, leveraging state‑of‑the‑art research and proprietary data to enhance conversational accuracy and context awareness.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of experimentation, code quality, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on machine learning and NLP.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and large‑scale model deployment on AWS.
- Proven track record of building and scaling LLM‑based applications in a production environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑native architecture.
