Staff Machine Learning Engineer - accurx

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end ML pipelines for patient triage, appointment scheduling, and automated questionnaire analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into a cloud‑native platform on AWS.
• Optimize model performance and latency for real‑time decision support in a high‑volume healthcare environment.
• Maintain model governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best‑practice documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of production ML experience in a large‑scale SaaS or healthcare setting.
• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
• Hands‑on experience with NLP techniques and deep learning for text and structured data.
• Solid understanding of data engineering, feature stores, and model monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
