We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Layout Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad - Phoenix Aquila, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient layouts for DPG products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS, as well as strong layout design and engineering skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient layouts for DPG products, considering factors such as cost, manufacturability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development and production.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including layout design guidelines and best practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in layout design and engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS, with experience in applying these technologies to layout design and engineering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
