Senior infrastructure engineer who drives infrastructure‑as‑code practices using OpenTofu/Terraform, builds scalable cloud and data‑center solutions, and collaborates with platform, security, and data science teams.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code pipelines using OpenTofu/Terraform for both cloud (AWS) and on‑premise environments.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of Kubernetes clusters and supporting services.
- Develop CI/CD workflows that enforce security, testing, and repeatable deployments.
- Partner with platform engineers, data scientists, and security teams to ensure infrastructure meets performance, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Continuously improve observability, monitoring, and incident‑response processes for deployed services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and operating large‑scale infrastructure with a strong focus on IaC (OpenTofu, Terraform).
- Deep knowledge of AWS services, networking, and security best practices.
- Proficiency with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and Linux system administration.
- Hands‑on experience creating robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Strong coding skills in a scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) and a commitment to clean, maintainable code.
