About the role
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated infrastructure for identity, directory, and SaaS services using Infrastructure as Code principles.
Implement and operate monitoring, alerting, and observability stacks to provide a unified “single pane of glass” view across all services.
Partner with product and AI teams to ensure secure, scalable IAM solutions and cloud resources on AWS.
Drive reliability initiatives that shift the organization from reactive ticket handling to proactive, code‑driven remediation.
Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for SRE, security, and automation across the internal technology platform.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related infrastructure roles.
Deep expertise with AWS services, IAM, and cloud networking.
Proven ability to build and manage IaC pipelines (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) for large‑scale systems.
Strong background in observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, etc.) and building end‑to‑end monitoring solutions.
Excellent programming/scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar) and a mindset of automating operational tasks.
