Lead Workday HCM and Talent initiatives, designing and configuring performance and talent processes, ensuring system integrity, and translating business needs into scalable solutions for a global HR technology team.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of Workday Talent and Performance Management modules.
- Translate business requirements from HR partners and business leaders into functional specifications and scalable Workday solutions.
- Ensure configuration integrity, data quality, and alignment with the organization’s talent strategy.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, and IT to integrate Workday with related HR systems.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise on HCM best practices and drive adoption of new features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM, Talent, or Performance Management implementation and support.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with data integration and reporting within Workday.
- Proven ability to lead functional design and configuration projects in a global environment.
