Staff Growth & Product Analyst
The Staff Growth & Product Analyst will own the analytical strategy for the entire marketing and product funnels, from lead generation and engagement to conversion and member experience. This role involves designing and leading experimentation programs, evolving attribution frameworks, and driving data modeling and narrative development as a key technical leader.
As a Staff Growth & Product Analyst, you will be the owner of the analytical strategy for the entire marketing funnel, from lead generation and omni-channel engagement to visit completion and re-engagement. This includes managing our call center functions and member lifecycle optimization. You will also take ownership of the product analytics domain, covering the onboarding funnel, sign-up conversion, in-app engagement, and the member experience through the first appointment. You will be an embedded analytical lead, partnering closely with both top-of-funnel product teams and Growth Marketing leadership, attending cadences, and co-owning the analytical roadmap.
A core part of this role involves serving as the executive-facing owner of marketing and product performance narratives, explaining key movements, identifying drivers, and recommending strategic next steps. You will design and lead Foodsmart's experimentation program across marketing and product, including test design, causal inference methods, and readout discipline. Expertise in StatSig implementation, configuration, and interpretation is crucial. Furthermore, you will own and evolve our attribution framework, including scheduling episode attribution, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling as our channel portfolio expands.
This role also requires a strong focus on data engineering craft. You will own and evolve the dbt data models for marketing and product domains, ensuring data quality, test coverage, documentation, and a trustworthy semantic layer for self-service. You will engineer context into our semantic layer and BI environment (Omni) to empower stakeholders and AI agents, treating context engineering as a primary responsibility. Beyond numbers, you will drive the narrative, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for executive and marketing leadership. You will operate as a technical leader, establishing best practices, reviewing work, and raising the bar for the analytics team in areas like experimentation design, dbt modeling patterns, and context engineering, even without direct management responsibilities.
