Lead the design and delivery of scalable onboarding and KYC solutions, driving end‑to‑end full‑stack development with JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python and AWS, while mentoring a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust, secure onboarding and KYC workflows across web and mobile platforms.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of developers, ensuring high code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and compliance to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and secure data handling.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3) and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work in a fast‑paced, global team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
