About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the React Native codebase, ensuring scalable mobile architecture and high performance across iOS and Android.
- Define and implement best practices for build pipelines, CI/CD, testing, and release processes for both platforms.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into robust, user‑focused mobile experiences.
- Mentor and lead engineering peers, fostering a culture of code quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory issues, and platform‑specific bugs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building mobile applications with React Native, including deep knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and strong understanding of native modules, bridging, and platform APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable mobile architecture and performance‑optimization strategies.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and release management for both App Store and Google Play.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineers in a remote, collaborative environment.
