About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and ship production‑grade AI systems on Google Cloud Platform for public‑sector customers.
- Design and implement data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, leveraging vector databases and retrieval‑augmented generation techniques.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud solutions.
- Mentor and guide on‑site engineering teams, ensuring best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI workflows, tooling, and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of software development experience, primarily in Python.
- Proven track record delivering AI‑driven solutions from concept to production on cloud platforms.
- Hands‑on experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and enterprise AI pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
