About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise architecture framework for agentic AI initiatives, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across cloud environments.
- Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, prototyping, and deploying AI models, microservices, and data pipelines using Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Establish architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies for AI/ML lifecycle management, including model versioning, monitoring, and explainability.
- Collaborate with product, data, and security stakeholders to align AI solutions with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on AI/ML and cloud platforms.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record designing scalable, secure AI solutions and leading large technical teams.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Experience with data governance, model monitoring, and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).
