Lead the design and execution of comprehensive validation strategies for embedded semiconductor products, driving test automation, hardware-software integration, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure top‑tier quality and performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end‑to‑end validation plans for embedded processors, ASICs, and FPGA‑based solutions.
- Design and implement automated test frameworks using C/C++ and Python, integrating JTAG, SWD, and other debug interfaces.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and software teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex validation issues.
- Lead root‑cause analysis, defect tracking, and continuous improvement of validation processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in hardware verification.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in embedded systems validation and hardware verification.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and test automation tools.
- Strong background in FPGA/ASIC verification, testbench development, and debug instrumentation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Experience with automotive or industrial embedded platforms is a plus.
