Software Engineer
Lead the design, build, and operation of scalable platform services, driving cloud infrastructure, automation, and reliability across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery and ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define platform standards, best practices, and governance.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and post‑mortem processes to improve system reliability.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on platform design, automation, and DevOps principles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on platform and infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in AWS services, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
- Proven track record building and scaling CI/CD pipelines and monitoring solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for mentoring others.
