About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end analytics pipelines for package health monitoring.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to surface defect trends and electrical metrics.
- Apply machine learning models to predict failure modes and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate electrical characterization data into analytics workflows.
- Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in data analysis, visualization, and machine learning.
- Proficiency with Python, SQL, and data‑engineering tools (e.g., Pandas, Scikit‑learn, Tableau).
- Strong background in electrical characterization and defect detection in semiconductor packages.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights into actionable recommendations.
