What You will be Doing
We are looking for a Staff Test Automation Engineer to lead quality engineering across two high-impact initiatives: our Voice AI, Monitoring & Analytics Platform. In this role you will architect and own the end-to-end test automation strategy, drive quality culture across cross-functional teams, and mentor engineers on best practices.
You will work closely with product engineering, platform, and data teams to embed quality upstream, shifting left from reactive bug-finding to proactive prevention at the architecture level.
