Software Engineer

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the migration of complex legacy PHP applications to a modern, cloud‑native .NET stack.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define migration strategy, timelines, and quality standards.
- Design scalable, maintainable solutions using C#, .NET Core, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt, ensuring the platform remains future‑proof and performant.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on .NET and C#.
- Proven track record of leading large‑scale migrations from legacy systems to cloud‑native architectures.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Experience in the property technology or related domain is a plus.
