Lead the development and validation of MEMS test solutions, driving automation, data analysis, and hardware debugging using Python, C++, and LabVIEW to ensure high‑performance product delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test systems for MEMS devices across the product lifecycle.
- Implement software drivers and test scripts in Python, C++, and LabVIEW to acquire, process, and analyze performance data.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional product teams to define test specifications, failure criteria, and validation plans.
- Perform statistical analysis and root‑cause investigations to improve test accuracy and yield.
- Lead hardware debugging, signal integrity assessments, and equipment calibration for test stations.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best‑practice documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of MEMS test engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and LabVIEW for test automation and data acquisition.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, signal integrity, and hardware debugging of MEMS products.
- Experience designing test fixtures, integrating measurement equipment, and managing test infrastructure.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills in a fast‑paced product development environment.
