Staff Engineer

About the Role

HighRadius is a FinTech enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that leverages Artificial Intelligence-based autonomous systems to help companies automate Accounts Receivable and Treasury processes. The HighRadius Integrated Receivables platform reduces cycle times in order to accelerate cash flow, lower operating costs, and reduce the total number of bad debts.

HighRadius is seeking an experienced Staff Engineer to contribute to the development and enhancement of their FinTech SaaS platform. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems that are scalable, reliable, and performant.

Responsibilities

• Work on the design and development of our FinTech SaaS platform leveraging cloud-native architectures.
• Identify and implement the right choice of cloud-native services and technology stack required for the solution.
• Deliver on all phases of the SDLC from design, development, deployment, and post-production.
• Understand the cross-system dependencies and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with other engineers and product managers to deliver the best quality product for our customers.
• Write clean, modular, and performant code that stands the test of time.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in building large-scale, enterprise-grade distributed systems.
• Excellent programming skills in C++/Java/Python/GoLang.
• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in Data Structures, Algorithms, Multithreading, Operating Systems, and OOPS concepts.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying Microservices and APIs.
• Working experience with different types of databases including SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with building scalable solutions in a cloud environment.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
