About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of robust, scalable backend services using Python and Node.js, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Architect and maintain containerized deployments on Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing resource utilization and deployment pipelines.
- Develop and enforce observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) to detect, diagnose, and prevent production incidents.
- Collaborate with cross‑team stakeholders to create comprehensive runbooks, documentation, and quality gates that accelerate feature delivery while preserving stability.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for code quality, testing, and continuous integration/deployment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in full‑stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deep understanding of observability, incident management, and reliability engineering.
