Software Engineer
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-native solutions at scale, driving architecture decisions and mentoring teams while leveraging AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Python development.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain highly available, secure, and cost‑optimized cloud solutions on AWS.
- Design and implement container orchestration strategies using Kubernetes, including service mesh, autoscaling, and observability.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management with Terraform and related IaC tools.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable delivery of microservices and serverless workloads.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for cloud native development, performance tuning, and security hardening.
- Collaborate with product, security, and operations stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience designing and operating large‑scale systems on AWS.
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes (EKS, Helm, operators) and container lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform (or CloudFormation) and strong scripting skills in Python.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and automated testing frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, influence architecture decisions, and mentor senior engineers.
