Staff Engineer - Automation

As a Staff Engineer - Automation, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity of our engineering teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop solutions that meet the needs of the business. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the development of our automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation solutions using Python and Node.js
• Implement machine learning algorithms to improve automation efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools
• Contribute to the development of our automation strategy

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering
• Strong knowledge of Python and Node.js
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and AWS
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor junior engineers
