About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and validate Power Integrity, Signal Integrity, and Reliability solutions for complex silicon designs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI‑enabled design tools into the silicon development workflow.
- Lead technical reviews, troubleshoot design issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve product quality.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Document best practices, create reusable IP blocks, and contribute to industry‑leading simulation and analysis frameworks.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Power Integrity, Signal Integrity, or Reliability engineering for silicon.
- Proficiency with silicon design, IP development, and simulation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a track record of delivering high‑quality, AI‑enhanced solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Passion for driving innovation in semiconductor engineering.
