Software Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of production‑grade agentic AI solutions on the Borealis platform, collaborating with business stakeholders and platform engineers to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy scalable agentic AI solutions on the Borealis platform, ensuring high reliability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Lines of Business teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and AI models.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams, fostering best practices in AI engineering, code quality, and DevOps.
- Drive continuous improvement of the Borealis platform, contributing to feature enhancements, tooling, and documentation.
- Advocate for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Extensive hands‑on experience building agentic AI systems, preferably in a production environment.
- Proficiency in Python, machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience with Borealis or similar AI platforms is highly desirable.
