Devops Engineer
Lead enterprise‑scale DevOps initiatives, architecting secure, automated pipelines on AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform while driving continuous integration, delivery, and security best practices for critical infrastructure.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS using IaC (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Integrate security controls into the DevOps workflow, performing vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and automated remediation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot production incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers on best practices in automation, cloud architecture, and secure coding.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EKS, ECS, S3, IAM, CloudFormation) and Kubernetes administration.
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash, and experience with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD tooling.
- Deep understanding of security principles, threat modeling, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
