As a Staff Design Engineer in HBM Design, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance memory and storage solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for leading design efforts, collaborating with engineers, and driving design decisions to meet project timelines and quality standards.

- Experience with design tools, including Python, Node.js, and AWS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex design problems and develop effective solutions
