AI Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of secure, explainable AI and LLM solutions for personal and commercial banking, building scalable data pipelines and agentic systems that translate complex banking challenges into production-ready models.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end data and ML pipelines that support large‑scale AI applications across banking products.
- Design and deploy agentic AI systems and LLM applications, ensuring they meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with business and platform teams to translate complex banking problems into reliable, explainable AI solutions.
- Champion data quality, governance, and trust, establishing best practices for data handling and model validation.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams on AI strategy, tooling, and best practices.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Python, data engineering, and machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record building and scaling LLM and AI systems in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of security, compliance, and explainability in AI deployments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across technical and business stakeholders.
