Lead the creation of high‑fidelity simulation models for large‑scale robotic fleets, driving performance optimization and strategic decisions in warehouse automation using advanced machine learning and simulation techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain large‑scale simulation frameworks for robotic warehouse systems.
- Apply machine learning and statistical methods to model fleet behavior and optimize operational metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate simulation insights into actionable product improvements.
- Lead data‑driven experiments, validate models against real‑world data, and iterate on model accuracy.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and technical reports.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, simulation, or robotics research.
- Proficiency in Python, NumPy, SciPy, and machine learning libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in optimization, stochastic modeling, and large‑scale data analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
