Lead data science initiatives for product strategy, building scalable ML models and analytics pipelines on AWS to drive revenue growth and user engagement.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end data science workflow for product features, from hypothesis generation to model deployment and monitoring.
- Design and implement large‑scale ML models in Python, leveraging SQL and AWS services to process and analyze millions of B2B contact records.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define experiments, run A/B tests, and translate results into actionable product improvements.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and dashboards that provide real‑time insights into user behavior and revenue metrics.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in reproducible research, version control, and model governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a strong background in machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Redshift, S3).
- Hands‑on experience with A/B testing frameworks and product analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Experience in a fast‑paced SaaS environment is a plus.
