Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end machine learning solutions that improve insurance underwriting, pricing, and customer experience.
• Lead a team of data scientists and collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics partners to translate business problems into data‑driven products.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores on AWS, ensuring high‑quality, real‑time data for model training and inference.
• Conduct exploratory analysis, statistical modeling, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Mentor junior team members, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in model performance and reproducibility.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production‑grade machine learning models, preferably in insurance, fintech, or related domains.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, and modern ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong background in statistical modeling, experimental design, and data visualization.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Redshift, and Lambda for deploying scalable solutions.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, communicate complex insights to stakeholders, and drive product‑focused outcomes.
