About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end predictive models that drive platform performance and customer success.
- Lead cross‑functional analysis of large, heterogeneous data sets to identify growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
- Communicate findings to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations and actionable insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in experimentation and model governance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Redshift, S3).
- Hands‑on experience building production‑grade ML pipelines and deploying models at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into business impact.
- Experience with large‑scale data integration and ecosystem‑wide analytics is a plus.
