Data Scientist
Lead end‑to‑end data science initiatives for employee relations analytics, building scalable models and customer‑facing products using Python, ML, and cloud data platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the data lifecycle: ingest, clean, validate, and document employee relations data across multiple sources.
- Design and deploy predictive and descriptive models to uncover patterns in workplace issues and benchmark against industry peers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate analytical insights into intuitive dashboards and APIs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish data quality standards, governance, and documentation to ensure reliability and compliance.
- Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a strong focus on large‑scale, production‑grade solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling; experience with ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud services (AWS, S3, Redshift).
- Deep understanding of data engineering principles, ETL pipelines, and data warehousing.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience in the HR or employee‑relations domain is a plus.
