Data Scientist
Lead end‑to‑end data strategy, build robust analytical models, and translate employee relations data into actionable insights using Python, SQL, and cloud‑based machine learning pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full data lifecycle: define data semantics, assess data quality, and create reliable data pipelines for employee relations datasets.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine‑learning models to detect and predict workplace issues at scale.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and data products.
- Produce clear visualizations and dashboards that communicate complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to best‑practice standards for data engineering and model governance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a strong track record of building production‑grade ML models.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and advanced SQL for data extraction and transformation.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to turn complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
