About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning models that solve complex business problems across multiple regions.
- Lead iterative data science projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define objectives, gather requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores on AWS, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Communicate findings to senior stakeholders through clear visualizations, dashboards, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in experimentation, model validation, and reproducibility.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a strong portfolio of production‑grade machine learning solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Redshift, EMR).
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model deployment pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
