About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ML models to analyze audience behavior and content performance across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and creative teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing initiatives, ensuring rigorous statistical analysis and reproducibility.
- Deploy models to production using AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, Glue) and monitor performance, iterating for continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior data scientists and data engineers, fostering a culture of data literacy and best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in machine learning, statistics, and data engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and big‑data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, SageMaker).
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and mentor team members.
