About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models that power AI features in consumer-facing products.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into data‑driven solutions.
- Lead end‑to‑end analytics workflows, from data acquisition and cleaning to model evaluation and production monitoring.
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model governance.
- Communicate insights and technical findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and concise reports.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, etc.) with 8+ years of industry experience, or PhD with 6+ years.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model deployment.
- Strong background in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Experience building and scaling machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of influencing product decisions through data.
