About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, enterprise‑wide data analysis initiatives, designing statistical models to uncover trends and support strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and advanced Excel to communicate findings to leadership.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to define data requirements, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and ensure data quality.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes with Python and SQL to improve efficiency and reproducibility.
- Present analytical results and recommendations to senior executives, influencing business direction and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering strategic insights.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques and ability to apply them to real‑world business problems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
