About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive performance and people‑analytics dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large HR datasets with SQL and Python to uncover trends in engagement, retention, and talent acquisition.
- Conduct scenario and predictive analyses to support strategic workforce planning and talent‑management decisions.
- Partner with HR business partners to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations and measurable improvement plans.
- Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure consistency and reproducibility across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within HR or people‑analytics domains.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong Python skills for statistical modeling and automation.
- Expertise in building visualizations and dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques and ability to apply them to workforce data.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
