Staff BPM, Platform & Product Engineering

Join our team as a Staff BPM, Platform & Product Engineering at 1password. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our platform and product infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced engineer who can lead the development of our platform and product engineering efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and efficient platform and product infrastructure using Python, Node.js, and AWS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Work closely with the product team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
• Lead the development of new features and products, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on platform and product engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, and AWS.
• Experience with machine learning and data science a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
