QA Engineer
Staff Automation Test Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, conducting feasibility studies, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Selenium, Java/Python, and Jenkins.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct automation feasibility studies and recommend optimal frameworks and tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Python.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) to enable continuous testing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to define test strategies, review user stories, and ensure test coverage.
- Implement and maintain test data management, reporting, and defect tracking processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in test automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in test automation using Selenium, Java or Python.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) and test frameworks such as TestNG or PyTest.
- Experience with API testing tools (REST Assured, Postman) and performance testing concepts.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
