Data Engineer
Lead the analytics engineering team as a technical anchor, designing ontologies, building semantic models, and establishing reusable data pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and cloud data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise‑wide data ontologies and semantic models that serve as the foundation for analytics products.
- Architect, develop, and optimize data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and SQL on Snowflake or equivalent cloud warehouses.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Establish best practices, coding standards, and reusable patterns for the analytics engineering team.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data warehousing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL, with hands‑on experience building dbt models.
- Deep knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and AWS services.
- Strong background in data modeling, ontology design, and building semantic layers.
- Experience leading technical teams, setting standards, and mentoring engineers.
