Data Scientist
Lead analytics engineering for GTM data science, building scalable data pipelines, modeling, and ML solutions on AWS and BigQuery to drive business insights and product decisions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve GTM data for analytics and ML workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to build robust data models and feature stores that support experimentation and predictive modeling.
- Implement and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts on BigQuery and AWS services (Redshift, S3, Glue) for high‑performance analytics.
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance through automated testing, monitoring, and documentation.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in data engineering and ML operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, BigQuery).
- Strong background in data modeling, ETL design, and performance tuning.
- Hands‑on experience building ML pipelines and feature stores.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
