Product Designer
Lead the design of AI-driven experiences, shaping intuitive interfaces and interaction flows for cutting‑edge assistant products using advanced UX, interaction design, and prototyping tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design process for AI assistant features, from research and ideation to high‑fidelity prototypes and design handoff.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex AI capabilities into user‑friendly experiences.
- Establish and evolve design systems that support consistency across multiple AI products and platforms.
- Advise on usability, accessibility, and ethical design considerations for AI interactions.
- Mentor junior designers and champion design excellence across cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of product design or UX experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other modern design/prototyping tools.
- Deep understanding of human‑computer interaction principles and experience designing for AI or data‑driven products.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
