AI Engineer
Lead AI-first development as a Staff AI Engineer, designing agent workflows, embedding quality engineering, and mentoring a team to transition from traditional to AI-driven software creation using Python, ML, AWS, and robust DevOps practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI agent workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing software pipelines.
- Define and enforce quality engineering standards for AI-generated code and outputs.
- Lead a cross-functional team, providing mentorship and technical guidance on AI adoption.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of AI development practices, tooling, and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Python and machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record designing and scaling AI/ML systems on AWS.
- Strong background in software architecture and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Experience with agent-based or autonomous system design is a plus.
