Lead the design and deployment of advanced reasoning and multimodal AI systems for flagship creative products, leveraging LLMs, VLLMs, and robust ML‑Ops pipelines to power next‑generation Photoshop workflows.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end reasoning systems that integrate large language models and vision‑language models into creative workflows.
- Design tool orchestration pipelines to enable seamless multimodal interactions across Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable ML solutions.
- Lead performance optimization, model compression, and deployment strategies for production‑grade AI services.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied research, with a strong focus on LLMs and VLLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, plus experience with large‑scale model training and inference.
- Deep understanding of ML‑Ops principles, including CI/CD, model versioning, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering production‑ready AI systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence product strategy across multidisciplinary teams.
