About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls across on‑prem and cloud environments to safeguard critical rail operations.
- Lead threat intelligence and incident response activities, conducting root cause analysis and coordinating remediation efforts.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices aligned with industry regulations and internal compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle and infrastructure provisioning.
- Perform risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with a focus on network and cloud security.
- Proficiency in threat hunting, SIEM, SOAR, and incident response frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, IAM, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security services and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed environment.
