About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, automated infrastructure on AWS for enterprise‑grade financial applications.
- Develop and manage container orchestration solutions using Kubernetes, ensuring seamless deployment and scaling of microservices.
- Create and evolve Infrastructure‑as‑Code templates with Terraform to standardize environments across development, testing, and production.
- Build robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) that integrate automated testing, security scanning, and release processes.
- Collaborate with software engineering, security, and operations teams to troubleshoot performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, preferably in a financial services or regulated industry.
- Strong expertise with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation) and container platforms such as Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools, especially Terraform, and scripting languages like Python or Bash.
- Demonstrated ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
