Manage global trade management, HTS and ECCN classification, and ensure compliance with export control requirements. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to align trade compliance processes.
MKS Instruments is seeking a Sr. Global Trade Management Analyst with deep U.S. import and export expertise. The ideal candidate will manage HTS and ECCN classification, qualify goods under FTAs such as USMCA and GSP, and ensure compliance with EAR and ITAR export control requirements. You will respond to CBP inquiries (CF-28/CF-29), conduct import audits for duty recovery opportunities, and oversee ACE portal management and denied party screening. This role works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to align trade compliance processes across the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Pay Range : $ 90,000 - 110,000per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
Bonus : This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
