About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full program lifecycle for autonomous software initiatives, from concept through deployment, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and integration plans.
- Implement Agile practices, facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement across distributed teams.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies, providing transparent status updates to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with external partners, contractors, and government stakeholders to align program objectives and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of program management experience in complex, technology‑driven environments.
- Proven track record delivering autonomous or AI‑enabled systems for defense or aerospace sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, project management tools, and risk management techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional leadership skills.
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one.
