About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in cloud‑based data warehouse environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python to streamline data ingestion, transformation, and monitoring workflows.
- Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to optimize SQL queries and data models for scalability and efficiency.
- Implement and manage AWS services (Redshift, S3, Glue) to support data pipelines and storage solutions.
- Provide expert support and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders and external clients, documenting solutions and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data warehouse support or related roles, with strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue) and cloud data architecture.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
