About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, analysis, and documentation of structural systems for large‑scale commercial and industrial projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, MEP, and civil components.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications in compliance with local codes and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control, driving on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
- PE license in Structural Engineering (or eligibility to obtain within 12 months).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in structural design and project management.
- Proficiency with BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000, and SAFE.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with construction administration and field supervision preferred.
